Body: Spread over desired body areas. (Advised to avoid the genitals)

Hair: Apply all over your hair. Leave on for 60 minutes. If you have particularly dry and damaged hair, you can even leave it on overnight. Then rinse and wash. Your nourished hair will immediately be much softer.
