RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, simply return it, along with a copy of the invoice and your full contact details, by insured and prepaid shipment to the following address:

Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. It will be our pleasure to credit your account, or refund your credit card.
*Gift certificates are non-refundable. We do not undertake to refund a product that has already been used, except in the case of a manufacturing problem. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
1.1 Exchange and refund of defective goods
We can refund or exchange a product if:
It was damaged during shipment (if purchased online);
Clearly there was a manufacturing defect;
It has not been used or opened and purchased within 10 days or less.
*No soap will be exchanged or refunded unless there is a major defect during its manufacture.
1.2 Exchange and refund of a non-defective good
Here are the documents to provide to the merchant when you go to the store in order to obtain an exchange, a refund or a credit note, have on hand either:
the bill;
any document mentioning the conditions of exchange and refund of the good;
instructions for use and maintenance;
any warranty document.
This will save staff from doing unnecessary research, which can make it easier to return.
1.3 Cancellation of a purchase made online, by email or by telephone
You can cancel the order. You must email us at atelierdesmandragores@gmail.com. If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, you must return the products ordered to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the products, we will credit your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
