We offer a range of handcrafted soaps, botanical skincare products, as well as accessories and other items inspired by folklore and the medieval world. Our products are made from natural and ethically sourced ingredients.
2. Do you use natural ingredients?
Yes! All our products are made with high-quality, natural ingredients, often sourced from local Canadian producers. We avoid synthetic additives and favor traditional manufacturing methods.
3. How are your soaps made?
Our soaps are made using the hot process saponification method. This allows us to preserve the properties of the ingredients added at the end of the process, such as honey, oats, or essential oils.
4. Are your products vegan?
We have a wide selection of vegan products, including skincare and candles. However, some of our soaps may contain honey. The ingredients of each product are clearly listed on the labels and online product pages.
5. How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website. Simply select the items you want, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. Or, come visit us in store.
6. Do you offer international delivery?
We primarily deliver to Canada, but we can ship to other countries upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on location.
7. What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, for Canada, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the handcrafted nature and ingredients used in our products, we do not accept returns. However, if an item is damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will find a solution. See our refund policy HERE
9. How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can sign up for our newsletter via our website, using the signup form, or during your shopping experience. We also offer a discount on your first order if you sign up.
10. Do you offer workshops?
Yes, we host soap and craft workshops called "The Craft Coven" in our Montreal studio-boutique. These workshops are perfect for discovering artisanal creation methods, learning how to use natural ingredients, and leaving with your own creations. Dates and registration are available on our website and social media.
11. Do you offer collaborations with artisans?
Yes, we collaborate with local artisans to offer a wide selection of products in our shop. If you're interested in collaborating, feel free to contact us to learn more about our consignment agreement.
12. Where can I find you physically?
We have a shop located in Montreal, at 6207 de Lorimier H2G 2P5, where we display our products and host themed events, such as our medieval and folk markets (Marché aux Follets). We invite you to visit us during our opening hours!
