Body: Spread onto desired areas of the body. (Advised to avoid genitals)
Hair: Apply to your entire hair. Leave on for 60 minutes. If you have particularly dry and damaged hair, you can even leave it on overnight. Then rinse and wash. Your nourished hair will immediately be much softer.
