The heart belongs to patchouli. Dense, earthy, a little animalic. Roasted coffee anchors it in something bitter and almost ritualistic, like incense burning on a cold stone. The vanilla doesn't sweeten—it rounds, holds back, prevents the whole thing from turning too raw. It's an intentional tension.

In the base, resins take over. Benzoin, copaiba, labdanum—a slow warmth that settles into the skin and refuses to leave. Cedar and vetiver add something mineral, root-like, deep earth.
